• Medical degree with advanced specialty training in oncology or equivalent.
• Experience in sarcoma oncology, leading drug development.
• Clinical development experience across multiple studies or programmes in oncology.
• Understanding of GCP, ICH guidelines, and global regulatory frameworks.
• Experience operating in cross-functional matrix teams and contributing to complex decisions.

Aufgaben

• Provide medical oversight across study design, conduct and data interpretation.
• Guide safety monitoring and pharmacovigilance activities with emphasis on patient safety.
• Contribute to protocol development, study design, and programme-level decisions.
• Engage with regulators and external scientific forums; contribute to scientific communications.
• Lead or contribute to Oncology Clinical Development-wide initiatives and cross-functional alignment.
• Mentor medical directors and develop clinical capability within the team.
