Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in observability, SRE, platform, or reliability engineering with production scope.
• Experience turning requirements into production-oriented telemetry across traces, metrics and logs.
• Proficient with OpenTelemetry and modern observability tooling.

Aufgaben

• Design, deploy, and operate observability and AIOps for cloud-native and hybrid environments.
• Lead onboarding of teams, defining telemetry instrumentation, SLIs, SLOs, and alerting using OpenTelemetry.
• Collaborate with engineering, SRE, and operations to translate requirements into observability and automation.
• Maintain OpenTelemetry Collectors and telemetry pipelines across apps and platforms.
• Build dashboards, alerts, and telemetry flows across traces, metrics, and logs.
• Operate services for incident detection, investigation, and decision-making.
• Integrate alert routing with event management and ticketing systems.
