You will ensure timely and accurate execution of critical risk processes and troubleshoot incidents to maintain platform stability under SLAs. The role requires 3–5 years of ETRM/BATCH experience, strong SQL and Unix/Linux skills, and ITIL familiarity.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience supporting ETRM platforms (Murex MX.3 or similar), focusing on risk functionality.
• Working knowledge of market risk measures, sensitivities and reporting in financial or commodity markets.
• Strong SQL skills for troubleshooting and reconciliation.
• Familiarity with ETRM batch architecture, market data workflows and integration.
• Experience with Unix/Linux systems including batch job monitoring, basic scripting (Shell, Python).
• Understanding of ITIL processes for incident, problem and change management.

Aufgaben

• Deliver L2/L3 support for risk modules, including on-call duties for intraday and end-of-day batches
• Diagnose and resolve issues affecting risk calculations, market data inputs and reporting outputs
• Implement approved configuration changes and validate across environments
• Collaborate with internal teams and software vendors on complex technical issues
• Monitor environment health, perform housekeeping and ensure high platform availability
• Maintain accurate incident records, runbooks and operational documentation
• Support regression testing for platform upgrades and vendor patches
