Zusammenfassung

EPAM Systems, Inc. in Lausanne, Switzerland, seeks a Murex Front Office Application Manager to ensure day-to-day stability and production support of the trading platform during the trading day and end-of-day cycle.

You will monitor trade capture, valuation, market data and batch processes, act as primary escalation point for business users, and coordinate with L2/L3 teams and vendors to maintain high front-office availability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in application support or operations on a trading platform.
• Hands-on knowledge of front-office modules and trade lifecycle.
• Strong SQL and familiarity with platform datamart structures.
• Unix/Linux proficiency and scripting basics (Shell, Python).
• Experience with ITIL-style incident, problem, and change management.
• Fluent in English; German or French a plus.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and operate trade capture, valuation, market data and end-of-day batch processes.
• Serve as escalation point for business users on system issues.
• Own the front-office support queue and manage SLAs with L2/L3 teams.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.
• Assist in testing and deployment of patches and vendor releases.
• Maintain documentation and on-call readiness.
