Emploive is seeking an experienced Motion Designer to design and produce high-quality motion for product explainers, websites, social content, and event experiences. You will transform UI frames into polished demonstrations that clearly communicate functionality, value, and user experience, while developing storyboard-driven workflows and reusable motion systems.

Qualifikationen

• Significant professional experience in motion design across brand, product, digital, marketing or tech-centered creative environments.
• Ability to transform brand briefs, UI frames, and product concepts into compelling visual stories.
• Deep understanding of motion principles: timing, easing, rhythm, pacing, transitions, and visual personality.
• Strong understanding of brand and UI design, balancing expressive direction with functional product communication.
• Excellent storytelling and narrative instincts for setup, tension, resolution, and pacing.
• Experience creating reusable motion guidelines, templates, or component libraries to boost team efficiency.
• Experience integrating audio and motion to strengthen the creative experience.
• Willingness to experiment with AI-powered creative and video tools.

Aufgaben

• Design and produce high-quality motion across explainers, website animations, paid social content, events, and campaigns.
• Transform UI frames and product concepts into polished demonstrations that communicate functionality and value.
• Develop storyboards to streamline production from concept to deliverable.
• Define motion design language with branded patterns, timing principles, and transitions for consistency across surfaces.
• Build reusable motion systems, including guidelines and component libraries for cross-team use.
• Explore tools like Jitter and Figma Motion to improve workflows and capabilities.
• Create short-form video variations for paid social testing across formats and angles.
• Develop scalable motion formats/templates for future product launches.
• Collaborate with brand, design, product marketing, web, social, and external agencies for cohesive output.
• Bring motion expertise into discussions, explaining strategic rationale and benefits of motion choices.
• Foster experimentation and knowledge sharing by testing new technologies and workflows.
