• Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.
• 1 year of experience leading design projects.
• Experience designing motion for conversational AI, generative AI, or agentic workflows (shimmers, stateful transitions, contextual prompts).
• Proficiency with modern prototyping tools (Claude code, ProtoPie, Rive, Framer, or basic code/shaders).
• Working familiarity with 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender) for generating dimensional assets and ambient lighting effects.
