KPMG Switzerland invites an experienced Senior Manager to join its Forensic Corporate team in Geneva. The role focuses on leading complex financial crime investigations across governance, risk and compliance, with a strong emphasis on client growth and cross-border collaboration.

You will work in a hybrid setup with an 80-100% workload, starting in October 2026. The position requires fluency in French and English, a track record in consulting, and a passion for analytical problem solving within

Qualifikationen

• 8–10 years of experience in forensic, compliance or audit, preferably in a Consulting environment.
• Strong knowledge of fraud investigations, compliance and anti-corruption practices.
• CFE; CIA or equivalent qualification would be considered an advantage.
• Fluent in French and English; German and any additional languages a plus.
• Proven leadership experience with stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Aufgaben

• Lead and conduct investigations into financial crime, including fraud, money laundering, embezzlement, non-compliance, and corruption.
• Manage projects in compliance and fraud risk management, covering prevention, detection, and response.
• Collaborate with forensic technology specialists to support digital evidence collection and analysis.
• Drive business development and client acquisition by leveraging your market presence and established client network in the region.
• Support interactions with law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, and legal proceedings.
• Take a leading role in internal team management, including resource planning and talent development.
