KPMG in Geneva seeks a dedicated Specialist in financial instruments to work with multiple clients across the year, offering a steep learning curve and exposure to both audit and advisory engagements.

You will be responsible for financial instruments accounting topics on large audit clients, liaise with treasury teams, and participate in treasury innovation initiatives to advance FX management, hedge accounting, and valuation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Finances, or similar.
• CPA ongoing or already obtained.
• 4 years of professional experience in audit with commodity knowledge.
• Interest in understanding and learning more about financial instruments accounting.
• Open and communicative person.
• Proficient skills in French and English.
• Committed, convincing and entrepreneurial personality.

Responsabilités

• Work with many different clients throughout the year, enabling a steep learning curve.
• Be responsible for financial instruments accounting topics as specialist on large audit clients and advisory engagements.
• Take responsibility on the audit sections related to financial instruments.
• Be the liaison for treasury and financial instruments accounting topics for large audit clients throughout the year.
• Participate in the treasury innovation team to develop new technologies and solutions for FX Management, Hedge Accounting, Valuation, Working Capital Management, Debt Advice.
• Build a network within our European Corporate Treasury and Financial Instruments community.
• Choose between a hybrid approach of Audit and Advisory or main focus on audit as a specialist.
