EY is seeking a senior leader to drive technology strategy and transformation engagements across industries. You will lead cross-functional teams, shape client IT strategies, operating models, and cloud transformations while engaging CXO-level stakeholders.

You will grow the practice, mentor consultants, and deliver high-value outcomes for clients. You will work with CIOs/CDOs/CTOs and other senior executives, shaping programs from strategy through execution, with a focus on measurable business

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree from a reputable University with excellent academic records.
• 10–15+ years of experience, with at least 5+ years in Big4 consultancies, Strategy Houses or similar departments, with significant exposure to technology transformation leadership roles.
• Originating, shaping and closing multi-million CHF consulting engagements while building and managing a strong sales pipeline.
• Proven track record leading complex, high-value pursuits and competitive bids, mobilising cross-functional EY teams to win strategic transformation programmes.
• Deep understanding of Technology Strategy and Transformation disciplines including IT Strategy, Operating Model, Infrastructure and Cloud Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Technology Sourcing and IT service management.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise applications and technology ecosystems such as ServiceNow, Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, SAP, Oracle, Veeva, Salesforce, etc.
• Proven experience advising senior client stakeholders and engaging confidently with CIO / CDO / CTO and other CXO-level executives.
• People and project leadership experience, with the ability to lead large, multi-disciplinary consulting teams and develop more junior colleagues.
• Customer-centricity, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as a Team Player across borders, sectors and service lines.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.
• Ownership, commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluent English and German/French would be advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Lead engagement teams to realise clients’ strategy, process, people and technology transformations with accountability for quality and outcomes.
• Lead transformational technology consulting engagements: Technology Strategy & Assessment; digital transformation; program management; operating model design and improvement.
• Oversee multi-disciplinary teams, providing direction, coaching and quality assurance.
• Take end-to-end ownership of high-quality client deliverables and related outputs.
• Maintain accountability for project financials, risk management, and delivery performance.
• Identify and manage risks, escalating issues with senior stakeholders and shaping mitigation actions.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with senior client personnel, including CIO/CDO/CTO and other CXO-level executives.
• Foster internal EY collaborations across service lines to bring the best of EY to clients.
• Contribute to the development of the Technology Strategy & Transformation practice and talent development.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead engagement teams to realise clients’ strategy, process, people and technology transformations, with accountability for quality, client impact and commercial outcomes.
• Lead transformational technology consulting engagements:
  • Technology Strategy & Assessment
  • Digital, AI and technology-enabled business transformation
  • Transformational Technology Program Management
  • Design and improvement of IT Operating Models (people, process, tools and governance)
  • Technology Sourcing and vendor strategy
  • Cloud, infrastructure and IT service management transformation
  • ServiceNow and Microsoft technologies advisory
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and complex workstreams, providing direction, coaching and quality assurance to managers and consultants.
• Take end-to-end ownership of high-quality work products for clients and other related parties in a timely manner.
• Maintain full accountability for project financials, risk management, compliance topics and delivery performance.
• Anticipate, identify and manage risks within engagements, escalating issues and shaping mitigation actions with senior stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with senior clients’ personnel, including CIO / CDO / CTO and other CXO-level executives.
• Build strong internal relationships within EY Consulting and with other service lines across the organisation to bring the best of EY to clients.
• Contribute to the strategic development of the Technology Strategy & Transformation practice, including offerings, methodologies and thought leadership.
• Contribute to people-related initiatives including recruiting, mentoring, developing and retaining consulting professionals.

• Strong knowledge of enterprise applications and technology ecosystems such as ServiceNow, Microsoft (Office 365, Dynamics, Azure, Power Platform etc.), AWS, Google Cloud, SAP, Oracle, Veeva, Salesforce, etc..
• Proven experience advising senior client stakeholders and engaging confidently with CIO / CDO / CTO and other CXO-level executives.
• People and project leadership experience, with the ability to lead large, multi-disciplinary consulting teams and develop more junior colleagues.
