Job summary

Nestlé S.A. is seeking a Machine Quality Senior Specialist for the Nestlé Product Technology Center for Coffee & Beverages. You will help embed food safety, regulatory compliance and quality into beverage systems for Nespresso and Nestlé Dolce Gusto from early design stages.

You’ll collaborate with project managers, factories, regulatory partners, consumer services and suppliers. You will drive robust validation plans and process capability, and guide root-cause analyses to prevent issues while

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of quality systems, food safety and GMPs.
• Experience in product development and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to apply root-cause analysis and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard food safety, regulatory compliance and consumer expectations throughout beverage-system development.
• Embed quality by design across new products, packaging, machines and production lines.
• Drive validation plans, quality requirements and process capability from ideation to launch.
• Anticipate quality risks via root-cause analysis and risk assessments.
• Resolve quality issues with factories and consumer service teams and implement corrective actions.
• Build quality capability by coaching colleagues and sharing lessons across sites.
