La Prairie Switzerland is seeking a Creative Production Project Manager to lead end-to-end production across photo, video, and CGI projects, ensuring artistic vision aligns with operational delivery. You will supervise designers and freelancers, coordinate with marketing and communications teams, and manage post-production workflows to preserve brand integrity.

The role requires 5–8 years in creative production, strong vendor relationships, and fluency in English.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years of professional experience in creative project management, photo & video production and post-production.
• Vendor management and collaboration with external partners.
• Experience in luxury/premium industry.
• CGI development supervision.
• Budget control and financial oversight, contract administration.
• Experience across diverse, cross-functional and international environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end production, including photo shoots, video production and CGI projects, from briefing to feedback.
• Coordinate studio deliverables and timelines with the Process & Planning team.
• Supervise Art Directors and external freelancers to ensure visual brand alignment.
• Coordinate post-production with external agencies for high-quality deliverables.
• Review, approve, and adapt creative assets with relevant departments.
• Coordinate internal and supplier invoicing; prepare contracts and approvals.
