Viva Senior Living seeks a Maintenance Tech to join the Environmental Services team in Geneva, Switzerland. The role maintains the physical plant, supports safety, and upholds resident dignity and comfort in daily operations.

You will perform routine maintenance, assist with repairs, and coordinate with leadership on upkeep tasks. Must read, write, and speak English; a high school diploma or GED is required. Occasional emergency call-back duties may apply.

• Assist with work orders, preventive maintenance, and routine tasks.
• Provide building and grounds maintenance and housekeeping duties.
• Collaborate with Environmental Services Director on preventive tasks.
• Support safety by following community policies and procedures.
• Perform checks on equipment and inventory supplies.
• Assist in fire and disaster drills per policy.
• Help manage department budgeting and expenditures.
• Ensure exit doors are functional and clear of debris.
• Assist other departments and respond to maintenance requests.
