Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong observation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Distribute and document medications per physician orders and regulations.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and social/dietary needs.
• Supervise residents and provide daily care according to needs.
• Record observations and changes in residents’ condition in logs.
• Administer medications as directed by supervisor.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas.
