Qualifikationen

• Deep understanding of GxP and regulatory frameworks.
• Skilled in applying structured methodologies (P3O, Prince2, PMBOK, Agile).
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to deliver results immediately in dynamic, high-stakes environments.
• Proven track record in Interim Leadership, Portfolio Management, Project/Programme Delivery, or Construction Oversight within the life sciences sector.

Aufgaben

• Integrate GxP and compliance controls into all project and management activities.
• Work directly with client leadership and cross-functional teams to align strategies, timelines, and quality objectives.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
