• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Proven experience in performance apparel material/fabric development.
• Strong collaboration across Design, Development, Product Management, and Sustainability.

• Define, develop, and lead creation and sourcing of technical, high-performance apparel materials across seasons.
• Establish fabric availability standards, sourcing policies, and QA processes.
• Lead material development workstreams and coordinate with global teams to align with program objectives.
• Drive sustainability targets and circularity in raw materials.
• Create and maintain material specifications using PLM system and documentation.
• Manage material lifecycle and ensure robust testing for high-intensity sports applications.
• Build strategic relationships with suppliers and garment manufacturers.
• Contribute to digital and physical apparel material library development.
