Job summary

On Zurich seeks a Senior Lead AV Ecosystem to define the global AV vision across Retail and Workplace locations, delivering standards and robust operational processes that scale. You will drive the AV ecosystem design and ensure consistency across all sites.

You will set hardware and software standards, manage project intake with the PMO, oversee global AV costs, and partner with Construction, Real Estate, Facility Management, Design, Finance and vendors to enable high-quality, cost-efficient AV

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in AV Project Management.
• 5+ years of delivering global AV solutions.
• Experience in designing AV Eco Systems.
• Proven track record in global, cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Experience in working in a fast-growing, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Real Estate construction is a plus; expansion and space programming a plus; retail industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design the overall AV vision and AV Eco System.
• Implement AV global standards for Retail Stores, Workplaces and Showrooms.
• Set the AV global standards in terms of hardware and operational management.
• Create specific processes and procedures to ensure AV projects are delivered effectively and efficiently and aligned with team project managers.
• Create and manage the intake of new AV projects in association with the PMO.
• Manage global costs for AV hardware and report costs to PMO.
