Job summary

On Zürich is seeking an Executive Assistant to empower the Chief Product Officer and his leadership team. You will prioritise, anticipate, and solve problems starting with calendar and inbox management and extending to strategic offsite support and executive communications.

You will help shape culture by coordinating events, drafting communications, and driving efficient workflows across functions in a fast-growing product company. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant work experience, ideally as executive assistant or in a similar position supporting key leadership members.
• Strong independent thinking with proactive decision-making under pressure.
• Excellent problem solving with a growth mindset and can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in English, verbally and in writing, with ability to build relationships.
• Experience drafting communications to large audiences.
• Experience in product companies is a plus.
• Interest in fast-growing environments at the intersection of multiple business areas.
• Proficiency with digital tools and systems to support work.
• Fluency in English.
