Saxo is seeking a Senior KYC Analyst to support client onboarding and ongoing due diligence across private and corporate segments. You will ensure Swiss regulatory compliance, maintain robust KYC processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
You will apply 4–5 years of KYC/AML experience, strong analytical skills, and a proactive, quality-driven mindset to manage ownership structures, risk assessments, and regulatory guidance across a multinational setting.
As a Senior KYC Analyst, you will support client onboarding and ongoing due diligence activities across private and corporate client segments. Working closely with Commercial teams and key stakeholders, you will help ensure compliance with Swiss regulatory requirements and internal AML standards while contributing to high-quality KYC processes.
In this role, you will:
Support and conduct client onboarding activities in line with AML regulations, Swiss requirements, and internal policies.
Perform ongoing due diligence reviews of existing clients and escalated potential AML or financial crime risks.
Collaborate with Commercial teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient onboarding and review processes.
Conduct quality checks of KYC assessments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Identify quality gaps and recommend process improvements.
Stay up to date on AML regulations, Swiss financial regulations, and industry developments.
Participate in the review and enhancement of AML policies, procedures, and regulatory frameworks.
Support knowledge-sharing and best-practice initiatives within the team.
