You will design, govern and evolve secure, scalable architectures while guiding complex escalations and defining best practices across the platform landscape.

The role requires deep Kubernetes expertise, strong security and governance know-how, and the ability to communicate with German-speaking stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience designing and operating enterprise Kubernetes and container platforms.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes architecture, container orchestration, security, networking, and storage.
• Experience with high-availability, disaster recovery, scalability and resilience design principles.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies, service meshes, observability, and governance.
• Proven ability to support complex escalations and provide architectural leadership.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Design, implement, and govern Kubernetes cluster architectures and container platform standards.
• Define and maintain highly available and resilient Kubernetes control-plane architectures.
• Lead decisions on service mesh, storage integration, networking, security, and scalability.
• Establish governance frameworks and best practices for containerized environments.
• Provide technical leadership for complex incidents and platform challenges.
• Ensure platform security, reliability, and performance requirements are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align platforms with enterprise objectives.
• Drive adoption of emerging cloud-native technologies and best practices.
• Produce and maintain architecture documentation and operational guidance.
