What You’ll Do

As Java/Spring Engineer, your contributions will play a part in helping today’s leading companies stay ahead. Here’s an overview of what you’ll be doing:

• Software development: In compliance with the quality specifications, you develop user-friendly software solutions based on open source components
• Solution orientation: You take responsibility for the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of high-quality software solutions
• Customer orientation: You work closely with our customers and evaluate solution variants according to economic and technical criteria
• Cloud integration: You collaborate with our teams to design, develop and deploy solutions in cloud environments (e.g. AWS or Azure), bringing in your foundational cloud knowledge and interest in growing further in this area.

What You’ll Bring

We are seeking individuals with a proactive, open personality and a passion for open source, new technologies and agile software development. Beyond that, you’ll succeed in this role if you’ve got the following qualifications:

• Deep Java & Spring Experience: Mastery of the Java programming language, including the latest features & updates as well as in-depth knowledge of Java frameworks and libraries commonly used in enterprise applications
• Cloud Know-how: Hands‑on experience in developing or deploying software in cloud environments (e.g. AWS or Azure). You are familiar with cloud-native principles and eager to deepen your knowledge.
• A higher education in the field of computer science (Uni / FH / ETH)
• Language Skills: Fluent German (min. C1) and English skills (min. B2)
• Place of residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate to Switzerland
