Zusammenfassung

Elize Partners is seeking two Senior Full Stack Developers to join a long-term project with a large international organisation based in Switzerland. You will join an experienced engineering team working on a new enterprise application, taking an existing prototype through to production and continuously developing new functionality.

A key part of the environment is the use of modern AI-assisted development and Agentic Coding tools as part of the day‑to‑day software engineering process.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience in Java development.
• Experience building and maintaining enterprise-grade applications.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, clean code and scalable solutions.
• Experience with AI-assisted / Agentic Coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor or similar.
• Ability to review and challenge AI-generated solutions and ensure high-quality production code.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving engineering environment.
