Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience as a Java Developer with OO programming and best practices.
• Customer-focused, capable of fullstack work using JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks like Angular or React.
• Expertise with Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, databases, RESTful APIs, messaging, container orchestration, microservices and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Experience in agile methodologies and teams.
• Fluent in German and English (C1).

• Collaborate with customers to understand business needs and translate requirements into high-quality software.
• Write clean, maintainable code and leverage pair- and mob-programming.
• Coach team members to grow as a team and unlock potential.
