Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Application Management / System Architecture roles.
• Hands-on Java development with enterprise applications.
• Strong Oracle DB, SQL and PL/SQL knowledge.
• Experience in incident, problem, change, and release management.
• Understanding of enterprise application architecture and production support.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end application availability, stability and performance.
• Manage incidents, problems, changes and releases.
• Define and maintain application architecture and technical roadmap.
• Coordinate with business, development, infrastructure, DBA and vendor teams.
• Drive performance optimization, capacity planning and system improvements.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance and operational standards.
