Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in Java-based backend architectures and Spring ecosystem.
• Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, and fault-tolerant design.
• Experience with low-latency, high-availability services in production.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of security concepts (OAuth2, IAM) and API security.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Previous work in financial services is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Design and evolve robust distributed systems balancing scalability, latency, consistency, and fault tolerance.
• Apply distributed systems principles to financial workloads.
• Develop and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Optimize end-to-end latency, asynchronous processing, and IO efficiency.
• Identify performance bottlenecks via profiling, benchmarking, and load testing.
• Integrate financial platforms and third-party services with data integrity and resilience.
• Contribute to channel expansion powering client-facing wealth and investment features.
