The role collaborates with business and IT, including an external vendor, to define scope, mitigate risks, and drive deliveries across digital banking initiatives and regulatory programs.

The candidate will manage budgets, plan IT resources, and ensure delivery in the bank's SDLC, coordinating testing and reporting while capturing lessons learned for continuous improvement.

• Partner with business and IT stakeholders, including an external vendor, across a wide project agenda.
• Ensure stakeholder and sponsor involvement and commitment.
• Define clear scope and requirements; manage scope changes.
• Identify and manage project risks and conflicts.
• Oversee budgeting processes and control project spend.
• Plan and manage IT resources.
• Implement technical solutions in line with the bank’s SDLC with the main software vendor.
• Coordinate and participate in testing; obtain customer sign-off.
• Publish project reporting; build and maintain KPIs and KRIs.
• Collect and formalize lessons learned and apply to future projects.
