Büsser & Zeidler AG is seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Manager with an insurance background to lead day-to-day accounting and monthly close in Liechtenstein.

You will design scalable processes, strengthen internal controls, and align local accounting with group standards while collaborating with external auditors and senior stakeholders on regulatory reporting and IFRS adoption.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional experience in financial accounting or group accounting, gained directly within an insurance company.
• Strong in-house experience in financial accounting and general ledger accounting.
• Proven track record designing, building, and rolling out group-wide accounting processes in a high-growth environment.
• Hands-on, proactive, self-starting approach with excellent communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Drive day-to-day financial accounting and the monthly close.
• Implement and optimize group-wide accounting processes.
• Design and roll out robust accounting processes and internal controls.
• Collaborate with Group Accounting on closing activities, technical alignment, and consolidated reporting.
• Contribute to external financial reporting, regulatory filings, and local GAAP/IFRS reporting.
• Act as primary contact for external auditors.
• Provide technical accounting guidance on strategic initiatives and new products.
• Embed new business models into group-wide processes and routines.
