Job summary

LGT Capital Partners, a leading global specialist in alternative investing, seeks a senior professional to strengthen its infrastructure secondaries team. The role involves sourcing and leading secondary transactions, underwriting funds and assets, and building strong GP and co-investor relationships.

Based in the Zurich area or London, you will drive portfolio monitoring, client initiatives and team development, leveraging a global platform with ESG focus and diverse asset classes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a focus on infrastructure secondaries.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills for transaction execution.
• Excellent English communication; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source, structure and lead infrastructure secondary transactions.
• Underwrite funds and underlying assets; present recommendations to Investment Committee.
• Build and maintain relationships with GPs, intermediaries and co-investors.
• Contribute to portfolio monitoring and client initiatives; support business development.
• Coach and develop junior team members.
