Job summary

LGT Capital Partners, headquartered in Pfäffikon SZ, Switzerland, is expanding its infrastructure team and seeking a senior professional with strong infrastructure secondary experience. The role can be located in the Zurich area (Pfäffikon SZ) or London, with flexible work arrangements and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant working experience, including infrastructure secondaries experience.
• Global track record across LP and GP Led infrastructure secondaries.
• University degree in finance, business or engineering with excellent academics.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills with a track record of executing transactions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; German is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Source, structure, and lead infrastructure secondary transactions.
• Underwrite funds and underlying assets; present recommendations to Investment Committee.
• Build and maintain relationships with GPs, intermediaries and co-investors.
• Contribute to portfolio monitoring and to business development and client initiatives.
• Coach and develop junior team members.
