Worldline in Switzerland is seeking a Security Officer to lead security governance across business units in a regulated environment. You will guide security design and incident response, coordinating with technical, business and compliance teams to mitigate threats and ensure compliance.

The role emphasizes embedding security-by-design principles and working with cross-functional teams on major security initiatives in a multinational setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor in IT, IT Security, Engineering or equivalent.
• Security certification (CISSP, CEH) is a strong plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT security or related field.
• Experience navigating complex environments.
• Knowledge of PCI DSS, ISO27001 and Dora frameworks is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication in English; good German required.

• Owns security relationship with the Business Units and acts as primary contact for security topics.
• Designing and implementing security solutions aligned with stakeholders.
• Overseeing patch management and obsolescence processes.
• Managing third-party suppliers to ensure security standards.
• Improving security processes for efficiency and resilience.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed security in projects.
