Job summary

Albedis SA is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant for Staffing Operations to optimize back-office processes and implement AI-enabled workflows for staffing clients across Europe.

You will analyze existing processes, map workflows, train client teams and collaborate with finance, payroll and billing stakeholders while engaging with CFO level executives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Staffing Operations, Recruitment Operations, Payroll, Finance Operations or Staffing Technology.
• Strong client-facing mindset in a fast-moving international environment.
• Fluent English required; German and/or French beneficial for Switzerland/Europe client engagements.
• Experience with staffing ERP, VMS, ATS or payroll platforms is a strong advantage.

Our client is a fast-growing Silicon Valley AI scale-up expanding across continental Europe.

We are looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant – Staffing Operations to support staffing companies in implementing and optimizing AI-powered back-office processes.

The Role

You will work directly with staffing clients across Operations, Payroll, Finance and Billing, analysing existing processes and implementing AI-enabled workflows.

• Analyse and optimize staffing back-office processes

• Implement AI-powered solutions together with client teams
• Identify discrepancies, inefficiencies and automation opportunities
• Train client teams and manage successful handovers

Your Profile

• Staffing/recruitment industry experience is essential. You should bring 3+ years of experience in Staffing Operations, Recruitment Operations, Payroll, Finance Operations or Staffing Technology.
• You combine strong operational understanding with a consultative and client-facing mindset and are comfortable working in a fast-moving international environment.
• Fluent English is required. German and/or French are highly beneficial, particularly for client engagements across Switzerland and continental Europe.
• Experience with staffing ERP, VMS, ATS or payroll platforms and previous consulting or implementation experience are strong advantages.
