Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
• 5 years hands-on enterprise experience in Directory Services and Automation
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, IAM/SSO and security best practices
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and operational tasks
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform; basic DevOps understanding
• Fluent in German

Aufgaben

• Plan, design, implement, and operate enterprise-wide directory services including AD, Entra ID/Azure AD, LDAP platforms, and other identity solutions
• Manage and optimise GPOs and monitor AD replication
• Define and test Disaster Recovery processes for identity infrastructure
• Design and implement hybrid identity solutions (AD FS, Azure AD Connect)
• Develop and maintain automation and scripting solutions (PowerShell) to improve efficiency
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and GDPR
• Provide 3rd-level support for complex directory and identity incidents
• Create and maintain documentation, runbooks and technical procedures
