A Civil Engineering degree with hydraulics or geotechnics specialization and 15 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of design and supervision experience in hydro powerplants, dams and hydraulic works in an international context.
• Excellent communication and client coordination skills.
• Strong knowledge of project management techniques and decision-making.

Aufgaben

• Plan, design, manage and supervise hydroelectric and hydraulic projects; prepare reports; define deliverables; ensure schedules and quality standards.
• Carry out technical site visits; collaborate with customers, suppliers and internal teams; propose innovative and efficient solutions; ensure quality, technical and financial performance.
• Contribute to acquiring new mandates and developing business abroad.
• Evaluate project risks and review studies and designs.
• Support the growth of the company by fostering collaboration, trust, and accountability.
• Availability for short business trips abroad.
