agap2 Switzerland is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate on-site projects for high- and mid-voltage substations and switchgear systems in Switzerland. You will oversee planning, design, and commissioning, ensuring safety, standards compliance, and effective stakeholder communication.

Require a degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering with 5+ years in HV project management. German and English proficiency is mandatory; PM certification is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related technical field.
• +5 years of professional experience in project management, preferably in high-voltage technology or power transmission and distribution.
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
• Project management certification is considered a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate projects related to the development and installation of high- & mid-voltage substations and switchgear systems.
• Oversee all project phases from planning and design through to commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and industry norms.
• Manage project risks and implement Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, authorities and other stakeholders.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams consisting of engineers and technical specialists.
• Prepare, present, and report project progress to steering committees and management.
• Participate in international projects when required, collaborating with global teams and partners.
