This interim assignment focuses on regulatory compliance, ISO management systems, and driving safety improvements. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HSE experience in industrial settings, strong ISO 14001/45001 expertise, and fluent professional English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HSE experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Strong expertise in ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Solid understanding of Swiss HSE regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of flagship ISO 45001 project and advance ISO 14001 readiness.
• Ensure compliance with Swiss HSE legislation and liaise with authorities (SUVA, inspectors, env. agencies).
• Define and execute HSE strategy, objectives, KPIs, and improvement roadmap.
