Qualifications

• 5+ years of HSE experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Expertise in ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss HSE regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience conducting audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Fluent and professional English; ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Own flagship ISO 45001 certification project and advance ISO 14001 readiness and HSE maturity.
• Ensure Swiss HSE regulatory compliance and liaison with authorities.
• Define and execute HSE strategy, objectives, KPIs and improvement roadmap.
• Coordinate risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
• Drive proactive safety initiatives to reduce incidents and occupational risks.
• Manage contractor safety and site procedures.
• Lead investigations and root cause analyses.
• Oversee corrective and preventive action plans and monitor effectiveness.
• Coordinate internal and external HSE audits and support certification processes.
• Manage environmental programmes, reporting and monitoring.
• Develop and deliver HSE training programmes and awareness initiatives.
• Advise site leadership on HSE matters; support emergency preparedness and crisis management.
• Contribute to group-wide HSE initiatives and best-practice sharing.
