Zusammenfassung

UBS Card Center AG seeks an experienced HSM Engineer (f/m/d) to lead architecture, engineering and optimization of our HSM landscape, ensuring security and compliance while collaborating with application projects. You will automate environments, monitor trends, support incidents, and participate in on-call rotations with the HSM team.

A university degree and several years in complex projects, plus knowledge of Thales Luna, Payshield, KeySecure, and cloud key vaults, are required.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in computer science or related field.
• Several years of experience designing and managing complex projects.
• Solid technical experience with Thales Luna, Payshield 10k, KeySecure/CTM, ProtectServer 2/3, Azure Key Vault.
• Willingness to learn and take on challenges in a demanding IT environment.
• Experience with network technologies such as firewalls (Fortigate), load balancing (F5) and switching/routing (Cisco/Arista) is an advantage.
• Experience as a Product Owner or in requirements management, ideally with knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, SAFe).
• Strong analytical skills, collaborative mindset and excellent communication abilities.
• Business-fluent German and English skills.

To strengthen our IT Platform Services department, we are looking for an experienced, service-oriented HSM Engineer (f/m/d) with project management experience. Your role

• lead the architecture, engineering and continuous optimization of our diverse HSM landscape, ensuring full adherence to security and compliance standards
• automate the HSM environment and optimize configurations and related processes to meet demanding SLAs
• monitor current trends and technologies in the HSM space and evaluate their potential and applicability for our organization
• drive the further development of the HSM environment and design solutions in close collaboration with application projects
• analyze issues, resolve incidents and optimize performance in close cooperation with infrastructure and application teams
• participate in an on-call rotation for technical incidents and access to key material as part of a four-person HSM support team
• take on selected network-related tasks to support colleagues in the areas of firewall, load balancing and switching/routing, with the opportunity to further develop your skills within a team of network specialists

Your expertise
