u-blox is seeking an experienced engineer to design, implement, and validate GNSS features in embedded receiver firmware. You will contribute across the full development lifecycle, analyze performance, and build automated tests while collaborating across agile teams.

We value strong C/C++, Linux experience, and excellent English communication in a fast-paced, international environment near Zürich. This role offers a startup mindset with scale-up opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional software development with GNSS/ localization tech.
• Strong knowledge of estimation theory and positioning algorithms.
• Proficiency in C, C++, Python; embedded firmware development experience.

Aufgaben

• Design, implement, and validate GNSS features in embedded firmware.
• Contribute across requirements, implementation, testing and release.
• Analyze GNSS performance and optimize features.
• Maintain automated test solutions for quality assurance.
• Collaborate on planning, code reviews, and documentation.
