Zusammenfassung

Luxoft is building and evolving a greenfield enterprise-grade Compliance platform in Baar, Switzerland, with on-site collaboration across business stakeholders and engineering teams throughout the lifecycle.

The team has an advanced prototype and will move into production, expanding capabilities with AI-assisted development tools while maintaining ownership of decisions, quality, and outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Angular and TypeScript.
• Strong Java development experience with Spring Boot.
• Experience building enterprise-grade web applications.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms and high-volume data processing.
• Familiarity with Git, automated testing, and CI/CD.
• Ability to orchestrate and review AI-generated code for quality.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications using Angular, TypeScript, Java, and Spring Boot.
• Complete and evolve an existing prototype into production-ready software.
• Develop new features and enhancements based on business and technical requirements.
• Design and implement frontend components, backend services, APIs, integrations, and data processing.
• Collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Use AI-assisted development platforms as part of daily engineering activities.
• Orchestrate AI workflows by defining goals, reviewing generated code, and ensuring correctness.
• Evaluate AI-generated solutions and improve them where needed.
• Apply clean code, design patterns, tests, and code reviews as standard practice.
• Participate in technical design discussions and architectural decisions.
• Support deployment activities and ensure production readiness.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and contribute to continuous platform improvement.
• Work in an Agile development environment.
