ECOM Agro-industrial Corp Ltd, a Swiss-based leader in soft commodities, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to own FP&A, reporting, and performance management. The role combines delivering core FP&A outputs with hands-on analysis and engagement with senior stakeholders.

Location: Lausanne, Switzerland or Dallas, USA. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, and financial modelling, building dashboards to improve visibility across geographies and commodities.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of FP&A, financial reporting, controlling or related finance function in a multinational environment.
• Strong accounting fundamentals and understanding of income statement, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, monthly management reporting and performance analysis.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of recurring deliverables and manage competing priorities.
• High data accuracy, attention to detail and effective communication with senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; proactive, proactive problem-solving mindset and continuous improvement.
• Experience with data visualisation and finance systems is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own key FP&A processes: budgeting, forecasting, and annual plan development.
• Coordinate monthly close, deliver accurate management information and analyses.
• Develop dashboards and tools to improve visibility of financial and operational performance.
• Provide analyses for strategic projects, scenarios and investment decisions.
• Drive process automation and standardisation of reporting outputs.
• Partner with Regions and functions to challenge assumptions and provide decision support.
