• 7+ years of footwear development experience, with performance-driven lifestyle products.
• Kids' footwear development is a plus.
• Proven ability to translate design intent into manufacturable tech packs.

• Partner with Design to convert concepts into production-ready samples.
• Translate adult concepts into kid-specific footwear considering biomechanics.
