TSMG Holding is seeking a Senior Autonomous Vehicle Technician to maintain, diagnose, repair, and verify readiness of electric and autonomous vehicle fleets for robotaxi operations across Europe. You will handle high-voltage safety, software updates, and hardware support while collaborating with ops, depot, and engineering teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on repair, EV diagnostics, and ensuring fleet uptime, with shift-based work expectations and a focus on safety, quality, and operational

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience as an automotive technician or diagnostic technician.
• Strong experience with automotive diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
• Good understanding of electrical and electronic vehicle systems.
• Experience using diagnostic tools, service software, and technical repair documentation.
• Ability to follow strict technical procedures and safety protocols.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in shift-based operations, including evenings, weekends, or 24/7 environments.
• Upper-Intermediate English.

Aufgaben

• Autonomous Vehicle Maintenance: perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electric and autonomous vehicles used in robotaxi fleet operations.
• Ensure vehicles are technically ready for daily deployment, testing, and autonomous ride-hailing services.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software-related vehicle issues.
• AC & high-availability maintenance for shift-based fleets.
