Job summary

Casale SA, a leading provider of plant design for green ammonia and related products, seeks an experienced Senior Estimating Engineer for the Proposal Department. You will develop accurate project cost estimates, monitor market trends, and support client negotiations with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a degree in engineering or related fields and at least 5 years in a contracts/estimating role, with onshore/offshore and EPC project experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Business, Commerce, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Contracts Engineer or Estimator role.
• Experience with onshore/offshore projects; EPC projects is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for projects and proposals.
• Develop and maintain cost estimation tools and databases using historical and market data.
• Monitor market trends and key cost parameters for reliable estimates.
• Collect and evaluate vendor quotations with Procurement.
• Collaborate with Proposal, Procurement and Technical teams to validate costs.
