Zusammenfassung

Lonza Group AG in Eyholz is seeking an Equipment Engineer for a fully site-based 6-month contract to ensure the readiness and reliability of small manufacturing equipment at the BioAtrium facility in Visp.

You will drive lifecycle management, support production by minimizing downtime, and serve as SME on CAPEX projects, collaborating with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Validation to achieve audit readiness.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of engineering experience in pharma or biotech environments.
• Experience with equipment lifecycle, reliability engineering, and maintenance optimization.
• CQV/Validation (IV/IQ/OQ/PQ) and risk assessments.
• GMP quality records management (deviations, CAPAs, change controls).
• Professional English; German is a bonus.

Aufgaben

• Drive equipment lifecycle management and reliability for small devices at the BioAtrium site.
• Minimize downtime via preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Serve as SME on CAPEX projects, including design, procurement, installation, and commissioning.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Validation to maintain operational excellence.
• Lead RCA investigations and implement effective CAPAs.
• Prepare and manage SOPs, change controls, deviations, and investigations.
• Support audits and ensure readiness for small device systems.
