Safeguard Global is seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Embedded Linux to contribute to advanced software for electromobility and inductive charging. You will own software development, architecture, and quality, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-performance embedded systems.

You will work with hardware engineers, apply ISO 26262 and related standards, build on Yocto, and implement secure boot and OS hardening while shaping scalable software for

Formación

• 8+ years of professional Embedded Linux software development.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with automotive standards, ISO 26262.
• Hands-on Yocto Project or similar embedded Linux build systems.
• Strong C/C++, Python, and Bash scripting.

Responsabilidades

• Develop embedded Linux software for inductive charging applications.
• Define software requirements and architectures; create high-quality designs.
• Collaborate with hardware teams for seamless hardware-software integration.
• Ensure compliance with automotive standards and development processes.
• Design security architectures (Secure Boot, SELinux, hardening).
• Contribute to risk assessments and project-related mitigation.
• Lead code reviews and share knowledge across the team.
• Participate in international standardization efforts for inductive charging.
