Altus Search Ltd is working with a wealth management client in Zürich seeking a Senior Relationship Manager focused on the EAM market to provide strategic advisory to high net-worth clients and lead sales and performance. You will build and maintain portfolios, coordinate with external asset managers, intermediaries, and internal teams, and deliver market insights to support investment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with external asset managers, independent wealth managers, and financial intermediaries, while attracting new clients to the Group.
• To have an existing portfolio of clients.
• Ensure efficient service, custody, investment, and wealth structuring solutions are in place.
• Provide tailored advice and support to relationship managers, senior management, and relevant internal teams.
• Manage relationships with clients, investment managers, and senior colleagues across the Group.
• Prepare business, client activity, and pipeline reports for the investment management team.
• Remain informed of competitor activity, market developments, and client trends in Switzerland.
• Provide clients and partners with relevant market updates and analysis to support their investment decisions.
