Zusammenfassung

Sygnum Bank in Switzerland is seeking a (Senior) Relationship Manager to grow our EAM & MFO presence in the Suisse Romande. You will report to the Head of EAM & MFO and engage with professional clients, leveraging an active industry network and our institutional platform from Zurich as needed.

You will source and nurture new relationships, coordinate onboarding with Legal, Compliance and Operations, manage CRM records, and stay ahead of crypto market developments to support a growing client

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of proven experience in client servicing or relationship management within a Swiss financial institution focused on the EAM & MFO segment.
• Hands-on experience with client onboarding, including KYC/AML/CTF requirements for private individuals and legal entities.
• Combination of consultative and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-location teams.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English; German language is a plus.

• Source and foster new EAM & MFO and end-client relationships via an active Suisse Romande network.
• Oversee multiple prospects and coordinate onboarding with Legal, Compliance, and Operations.
• Maintain CRM records and stay informed about regulatory developments in crypto markets.
• Build a strong institutional and professional prospect network and contribute to the care framework.
• Provide solution-oriented support for clients and ensure high levels of service.
