This fully site‑based role focuses on downstream purification, including chromatography, virus inactivation, depth filtration, TFF and filling, ensuring GMP‑compliant product quality and yield.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Biotechnology or related Life Science, with DSP/USP

Qualifikationen

• Master’s Degree or equivalent in biotechnology or life sciences.
• Knowledge in DSP units or USP processes such as chromatography.
• A few years of biomanufacturing experience.
• GMP experience and Bioprocess technology understanding.
• Excellent English communication; German is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Ensure operational activities for clinical/commercial manufacturing meet safety and quality standards.
• Lead preparation, manufacturing execution, cleaning and changeover in the assigned DSP area.
• Execute and optimize downstream purification steps (chromatography, virus inactivation, depth filtration, TFF, filling).
• Responsible for one or more defined DSP areas for purification of therapeutic proteins.
