CSL Behring invites a Senior Director of Search & Evaluation to shape the Immunology portfolio by leading strategic sourcing and evaluation of late-stage external assets. The role partners with KOLs, investigators, and cross-functional teams to drive high-impact collaborations from Phase 2 through marketed drugs.

The position is hybrid, onsite 3 days a week, at Zurich (CH) with potential involvement at other global hub sites.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years in biopharma with clinical development/external innovation or BD experience.
• Deep immunology expertise and ability to engage with KOLs and investigators.
• Strong regulatory, market access, and standards-of-care understanding.

Aufgaben

• Lead sourcing and evaluation of late-stage assets (Phase 2 to marketed).
• Align external opportunities with therapeutic area strategy and portfolio goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional due diligence across clinical, regulatory, and commercial domains.
• Represent CSL Behring externally at conferences and withKey stakeholders.
