Zusammenfassung

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr Digital QS Business Analyst to translate business needs into IT solutions for MedTech Quality Systems (EtQ, PLM, ComplianceWire). You will drive deployments, support validation, and collaborate with MT, IT, and Quality teams to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 4+ years in quality/manufacturing/R&D in a regulated industry, strong communication, and project management skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 4+ years of quality, manufacturing, and/or R&D experience in regulated industry.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with NC, CAPA, and change control.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Computer System Validation (CSV) is a plus.
• Experience with EtQ, LMS, PLM, ERP, and Power Apps is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Translate business requirements into IT solutions for QS applications.
• Lead deployments for new systems and platform upgrades.
• Maintain user access, master data, interfaces, and validation.
• Coordinate data extraction and analytics for compliance.
• Develop and execute test scripts for compliance.
• Manage budgets and communicate issues to management.
• Travel up to 5% domestically/internationally.
