UNITY is a management consultancy in Zurich focused on transforming R&D organisations and shaping tomorrow’s products and services. The role leads projects, guides teams, and drives digital and sustainable product creation.

You will work with clients to develop R&D strategies, advise on MBSE and Systems Engineering, and lead initiatives in digital twin and PLM; you’ll leverage AI and data analytics to deliver intelligent solutions and present results to C-level stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of consulting experience including at least two years in Switzerland.
• Solid know-how in R&D (Systems Engineering, PLM, Digital Twin).
• Analytical problem-solving with a strong results orientation; initiative, drive and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Confident interaction with management and C-level contacts; English/German C1; additional languages desirable.
• Above-average master’s degree with a technical or business focus.
• Know-how in MBSE, AI applications or similar; in-house training offered.
